A Fatal Case of Eclampsia Associated with Intensive Cerebral Hæmorrhage at the 36th Week of Pregnancy

Ti-ie following case is of interest, as it presents severe lesions which are somewhat different in character from those usually found in eclampsia. The patient, who was a nullipara, aged 27, was admitted to the Royal Maternity and Simpson Memorial Hospital during the thirtysixth week of pregnancy.
